There will be an optional loop of the lake at the end for some extra miles for those who wish

Meet at BBG for an hour of mud and fun in and around the forest at a pace to suit all.

Bridge Buddies - (5.0 Miles)

Session name to be determined post-run…

5 miles on mostly forest trails with some single-track. Some sections will be muddy. We’ll keep a sociable pace, finishing in around 1 hour.

This will be my first session leading… come keep me company!
