Hill sprints and strides

A basic running form training session.

Approx 7k warm up into 4 hill sprints -> 4 strides -> cool down.

All done at everyone’s own pace with a muster between sets.

Steady & gentle12km on the trails

Gentle and steady 12km targeting about 70-75 mins

A relaxed loop up North, covering some lovely single track north of Ashton Road
