6 carefree miles around the Weaver and up to Kingsley. Some sections may have challenging leg conditions, but for those Spartans who meet the challenge and don't get crucified en route there may be angry Bun ions as reward.
Social able pace, anyone keen to push the pace can double back round.
All welcome to come back to Willow dene (round the corner) for a beer and a bun post run.
