Hi All,

I'll be leading a 4 ish miles (haven't planned route yet!).

It will be a steady run a little slower than BB's. Suitable for anyone who's not feeling 100% fit or recovering from an injury etc. 

Beth will be leading a proper BB's option. And if you're fully in the Broken Spartan camp then Hugh is going to be leading a short walk to stretch your legs before food!
