The Hills Are Alive With The Sound Of Spartans

Another crack at the Woodhouse 4 Peaks

Starting from Forest Hills we will take in all 4 hills, Frodsham, Helsby, Snidley and Woodhouse without crossing the same path. 

This is an Irons session due to the hills, there will be recovery periods between the them however, the aim is to push on giving it beans right up to the end. 

Head torches will be checked before we set off....... you know who you are 🤭
