Canals, Rivers and a bit o mud

There be Dragons in Delamere, so we'll head north to find the bears! Meet at the Leigh arms, Acton Bridge.A mixture of flat and dashing along the canals and rivers with some hummocks in between. Expect mud. Or should that be Spud!

Keeping a good pace (for me). If you go quicker then you'll just have to round up.
