I know Nick has put up a hills sesh already, but want to get this in earlier. This is my plan and happy for anyone to join in. 
 

Session will be warm up to bottom of OP, stretch out. 
9 x 1 min flat out up , 2 min jog down

To the top and return to BB

Suitable for all, as you only have to get as far as you can in a min and then return to the bottom.
