AGM on April 16th to be held at White Lion Alvanley - FREE FOOD TOO!
Calling all Spartans,
It is that time of year for our club Annual General Meeting. This year I invite you all to join on the Tuesday, April 16th 20:00 at The White Lion, Alvanley.
As per our club constitution we will apply the following agenda and welcome you all to share recollections and memories, make nominations for committee positions and provide any other input:
A. Report of last year’s activities - Chair
B. Statement of accounts & membership fees - Treasurer
C. UKA Membership – UKA Membership Secretary
C. Election of the committee - Chair
a. A chairperson, who runs meetings and keeps or delegates meetings minutes
b. A club secretary, who keeps club membership records and liaises with UKA
c. A treasurer who controls and records income and outgoings
d. A UK Athletics Membership Secretary who manages club matters with UKA
D. Any amendments to the Constitution suggested by club members
E. Other matters appropriate to AGM review – shared in advance
Please share feedback on the above and any other issues you wish to raise with myself at least 48 hours in advance of the Meeting.
There will be a couple of runs planned on the day - Run Leaders feel free to volunteer!
