Meet at 7pm in Crewe by Farndon (Map Ref 423533) for a run in new territory (for me at least).
Crewe in Farndon is just south of Farndon and we’ll be aiming to rendezvous with Guile en route (using all our cunning intelligence). I think Crewe by Farndon is pretty small so hopefully a meeting up place is fairly obvious. If in doubt my mobile number is 07809 432387.
We’ll head south from Crewe by Farndon along the Bishop Bennett Way and past St Edith’s Church (much admired by Paul). We’ll hopefully pick up Guile soon after and then head north following the River Dee on the Marches Way. Where will Guile end up on its intrepid journey - will it cross the border into Wales at the the Holt/Farndon crossing, or will our 30 minutes keep Guile in England? 🏴 🏴
Expect around 10-12km at an easy sociable pace, with navigation as we go (it’s new territory for me).
