Description
Some figure of 8 loops of the Bulkeley Hill train climb. Great way to get some more vert in your training for those in for Lakeland 50 or 100 in less than 4 weeks time.
We can do it at an effort dependent on group; as it’s loops it’s easy if anyone wants to do more or less than others. Total distance and more importantly ⬆️ tbc but 3 loops (ie 6 climbs) would be around 10k and 600m.
