Description
With some hill training required ahead of the LL50 and time and availability being very limited at the minute I thought its best to make do with what we have on our doorstep.
We shall casually head over to the bottom of Woodhouse hill. From there it’s ⬆️ (to the top top😉) & ⬇️ for 60 minutes followed by a run/jog/crawl back to the cars.
If you want to train on hills, gain confidence on descents or practice using those poles that come out once a year then this is the time.
No pressure for reps however it would be good to see how many we can do as a collective.
