Last weekend (Part 2)

Last Sunday was a blast. Great company and the weather was phenomenal. Nearly 9 miles flew by. 

Hoping this Sunday's will be similar. We will start at the same location (Delamere Park car park next to the club house, CW8 2UJ).

Part 2 will head off in a different direction, this week with some added challenges...

- a bit longer at approx 10 miles

- inevitable bank holiday weekend late night and not much sleep

I've tagged it slow as it's meant to be an enjoyable Sunday run more than it's going to be particularly slow :-)
