Description
Fartlek session. Very easy jog recoveries, with speedy intervals of anything from 100m to 1km, mostly on fire tracks but with the occasional bit of fast* singletrack fun 😊
There may also be a fast* Old Pale descent too!
*fast is relative to you! The recoveries will be at a slow jog. Anyone getting too far ahead will be put on a bungee lead and reined in 😁
