Old Pale, Primrose Wood and the Yeld of Doom

It'll be mildy hilly (330m total climb) and quite muddy - easy wide paths (and a couple of miles of road) for the latter part as we make our way back to the forest and around the lake.

Took 2hrs when I recce'd, we'll run as slow as needed for everyone to be comfortable.
