Hi All,
I’ll lead a run around the forest.
As I’m still nursing some hamstring pain it’ll be quite a slow plod so I’ll get the whistle out and throw in some interval work as well to keep everyone warm.
Prize for the person who clocks up the most miles.
If it’s a clear night we may also throw an Old pale in.
