Hi All,
Meet Point: Helsby Quarry Carpark. Alvanley Rd, Helsby WA6 9PT (the car park can be seen on Google maps and is where Avanley Road meets Hill Road South)
Join me for a 5 ish miles around the Helsby Quarry/ Hill area.
It’s quite hilly but we’ll take it steady and speedier runners can muster back.
If we’re lucky we’ll time the trig point as the sun is setting.
NOTE: Please bring a head torch. We should be finished before it gets too dark but I think it’s wise to carry one from now.
Let me know if you’re coming as I’ll run earlier if it’s just me
