I’ve noted of late that our group sizes are quite disproportionate! I often look at the middle group and spy a few Spartans that should be in my group but for whatever reason stay in that group.
We may not chat or stop as much but we’ll never leave anyone behind and will always give encouragement/advice where required.
So, don’t be shy, give the ‘Super Irons’ a try🤗
