Meet at Forest Hills car park and be ready for hills.

If you want to feel your legs burn and your lungs busting for air then this is the session for you!

I'm not feeling particularly hill fit, hence why I want to hit them!

I'll be looking to do 2 reps on each hill but if you'd only rather do 1 and wait then that's fine, so don't be put off by the 'Super Iron' status.

We'll be out for about 1.5 hrs.
