Description
This will be a very easy tester session for my dodgy Achilles and to give an introduction to some of the fantastic trails in Delamere Forest. We'll be out for no more than an hour.
Meet at Barnes Bidge Carpark in the Forest ( see attached image for location ). Shout up if your going to join me or if you have any queries
